Une occasion historique est offerte \u00e0 l\u2019humanit\u00e9 d\u2019agir, ici, maintenant, et toujours de fa\u00e7on collaborative. <\/p>\n<p>Design for Change Espagne a la conviction que chaque enfant, peu importe son sexe, peut prendre conscience de son POUVOIR de se rendre acteur de son propre apprentissage, mais aussi celui de s\u2019impliquer pour l\u2019environnement et le bien-\u00eatre de sa communaut\u00e9 en apportant des solutions b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques. <\/p>\n<p>Nous proposons ensemble une transformation culturelle de l\u2019organisation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une m\u00e9thode pr\u00e9cise. Un heureux hasard nous a permis de nous allier pour enrichir les programmes \u00e9ducatifs et y int\u00e9grer le d\u00e9veloppement durable, dans le cadre des Objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) et avec la coop\u00e9ration comme valeur essentielle. <\/p>\n<p>Les mouvements NATIVES et Design for Change (DFC) sont unis par une vision globale et d\u00e9dient leur \u00e9nergie, leur passion et leur talent \u00e0 l\u2019action locale, tout en apportant des outils pour un changement \u00ab pas par hasard \u2013 par conception ! \u00bb. Ces deux m\u00e9thodologies compl\u00e9mentaires ont uni leurs efforts pour permettre aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves de s\u2019impliquer dans leur communaut\u00e9 par l\u2019apport de solutions aux probl\u00e8mes qui les affectent le plus selon leur sexe. Sur les trois phases de la M\u00e9thodologie NATIVES (Apprendre \u2013 Agir \u2013 Partager), Design for Change Espagne contribue \u00e9thiquement \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me, \u00ab Agir \u00bb, pour que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves grandissent en tant qu\u2019\u00eatres autonomes, cr\u00e9atifs et engag\u00e9s. Elle leur offre ainsi des outils qui leur permettront de devenir les concepteurs de leur existence. La M\u00e9thodologie DFC est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 novateur qui v\u00e9hicule l\u2019esprit du I CAN (\u00ab je peux \u00bb) afin d\u2019aider \u00e0 responsabiliser les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et leur faire prendre conscience de leur r\u00f4le d\u2019acteurs du changement, cela par la mise en place d\u2019initiatives sociales d\u00e9veloppant l\u2019empathie, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, le travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe, la pens\u00e9e critique, le leadership collaboratif, et surtout la facult\u00e9 de pouvoir apprendre et enseigner. <\/p>\n<p>Les professeurs occupent un r\u00f4le crucial dans la r\u00e9ussite de ce projet. DFC Espagne est conscient que r\u00e9volutionner l\u2019Education implique une grande responsabilit\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un d\u00e9fi de taille, et c\u2019est pour cela que NATIVES et DFC Espagne soutiennent le corps enseignant en leur offrant des ressources pour r\u00e9volutionner les salles de classe, transform\u00e9es en lieux d\u2019exp\u00e9rience du changement. <\/p>\n<p>DFC est un mouvement international pr\u00e9sent dans plus de 70 pays.
